Fees
All professional fees charged are based on a percentage of your purchase price but will be capped at a fixed rate once we have established your budget. You can be assured that we won’t be spending more of your money to boost our fees!
Once we have formalised your ‘wishlist’ and decide which service option is best for you, we will set the professional fees. Upon engagement, both parties will sign a standard ‘Buyer’s Agency Agreement’. This usually runs for a period of six months, however it can be extended (or broken) by mutual agreement.
We aim to keep our fees
reasonable by intentionally keeping our overheads
low, this ensures our services are accessible
to buyers with ALL budgets. Fees
above these figures are, frankly,
hard to justify.
Our standard fees are charged as per
the following schedule:

Upon signing of the Agency
Agreement we charge an up-front
retainer of $2,500 (includes GST)
and start the hunt for your perfect
home.
The balance of the fee is payable on completion of the settlement as a ‘success’ fee.
