There are three service options that our experienced agents can offer in your search for the perfect property:

Option 1:  FULL SERVICE

Step 1. Your Buyers agent will arrange an informal meeting to discuss your requirements, budget and ideals. From this meeting we will create a personalised ‘wishlist’ for your new home or investment property.

Step 2. Be sure you’re ready to go because we begin the search immediately! We not only consider all existing properties available but, via our extensive contacts in the industry, we have access to silent listings and properties that haven’t yet reached the open market.

Step 3. After your buyers agent has conducted numerous inspections on your behalf, we identify and present the prospective properties for you that we know suit your requirements and your budget.

Step 4. Once you have decided on your property, we begin negotiations immediately. Our extensive experience in negotiating ensures that each of our clients gets the best price and conditions for their purchase, regardless of their budget.

Step 5. Once contracts are exchanged, we continue our service to ensure our client’s purchase runs smoothly and efficiently. Our job is not complete until you have settled into your new home.


Option 2:  NEGOTIATE ONLY

• Some clients still love the ‘hunt’ when it comes to buying property but don’t trust their negotiating skills when it comes to the crunch. The Buyer’s Edge can take over that negotiating process for you to obtain for you the maximum cost savings and best terms and conditions.

• Again, our job does not end at the exchange of contracts. We will ensure you settle smoothly into your new home.

• This service option can be used for a single property or for numerous properties over an agreed time period.
 

Option 3:  AUCTION BIDDING

• Bidding at auction can be a nerve-racking and sometimes costly experience. With an independent buyers agent bidding at auction on your behalf, you can be assured of an optimal result.

• We charge a single low-cost fee for bidding at an individual auction, which includes any post-auction negotiations that may arise.
